- User: any person who uses the application, whether a jobber or a client.
- Jobber: user who offers services on Helplease.
- Client: user who requests a service through Helplease.
- Services: all services offered through the Helplease application.
2. Acceptance of the Terms
By creating an account and using the Helplease application, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these Terms, you cannot use Helplease.
3. Registration and User Account
- Account Creation: Using Helplease requires creating an account with accurate and complete information.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for the security of your login credentials. Any activity carried out from your account is your responsibility.
- Profile Verification: Jobbers must provide additional information for verification, including a profile picture (for individuals) or a logo (for companies).
- Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old to use Helplease.
4. Use of Helplease
- Services Offered: Helplease allows users to request and offer services such as DIY, gardening, cleaning, private lessons, and more.
- Agreement between Jobber and Client: Jobbers and clients agree on the terms of the service, including the price, before any work is performed.
- Jobber Compensation: Payment to the jobber is made once the client has confirmed that the work has been completed as agreed.
- Reviews and Ratings: At the end of each job, both parties can leave a review regarding the quality of the service.
5. User Commitments
- Jobber: The jobber agrees to perform the tasks professionally and in accordance with the agreed terms with the client.
- Client: The client agrees to pay for the services as agreed, to review the job honestly, and to respect the jobbers.
- Behavior: Any abusive, fraudulent, or disrespectful behavior will result in the suspension or deletion of the user account.
6. Payment Policy
- Secure Payments: All payments are made through secure payment gateways integrated into the application.
- Usage Fees: The application is free until a service is confirmed. Fees may apply after the services are finalized.
- Refund Policy: In case of a dispute, refunds can be processed after an internal investigation.
7. Intellectual Property
- Copyright: Helplease, along with all elements of the application (logos, texts, graphics, etc.), are protected by intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to use these elements without prior authorization.
- User Content: Users retain ownership of the content they publish (photos, service descriptions). However, by posting on Helplease, you grant us a license to use this content as necessary for the operation of the application.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and using it only for legal and contractual purposes.
9. Amendments to the Terms of Use

10. Limitation of Liability

- User Relationships: Helplease is not responsible for disputes arising between jobbers and clients. However, we will do our best to resolve conflicts through our support team.
11. Termination
Helplease reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of non-compliance with these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary. You can also delete your account at any time through the application.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt to resolve it amicably before taking legal action.
