Household & Hardware Store

Household & hardware store — Greenland

A household and hardware store brings together everything to clean and equip a home: cleaning products, plastic items, small hardware, paint and accessories. Handy for a one-off purchase or kitting out a home, it saves going to several shops. On Helplease, you describe what you are looking for and the stores offering this service in Greenland are notified of your request.

What you can find

• Cleaning products: floor and surface cleaners, detergent, kitchen and bathroom products.
• Household items: buckets, basins, brooms, storage and plastic utensils.
• Small hardware: screws, glues, tapes and fixing accessories.
• Paint and sundries: paints, brushes, white spirit and odds and ends.

For a specific need or a list, state the products, quantities and sizes you want.

How to choose well

The right product for the use

A cleaner or glue does not suit every surface. Describe the use to be pointed to the right product.

Size and quantity

For regular use, a large size often works out cheaper. Say whether you prefer bulk or single units.

Availability

Some items are seasonal or made to order. Mention your deadline.

What affects the price

• the type and brand of products;
• the size and quantity;
• the share of hardware or paint;
• delivery, if offered;
• the requested time slot.

The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
