A bath that takes ten minutes to empty always ends up not emptying at all. The blockage is almost always a mass of hair and soap stuck under the waste: it is pulled out, not dissolved. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in Sao Tome and Principe are notified of your request.
Depending on the agreement, the call-out can include the diagnosis, an estimate before work, removing the waste or the trap, the unblocking, a drainage check and cleaning the area.
Never mix two drain cleaners, or a drain cleaner with bleach or an acid: the reaction releases toxic fumes within seconds. Any caustic product already poured must be flagged to the worker before they open the trap, because it can be splashed into the face. Gloves, goggles and a ventilated room are the basics, and children and animals stay away until the area has been rinsed.
An emergency call-out is still a service that can be discussed: ask for the estimated amount before the work starts, a detailed invoice at the end, and refuse to sign a document you have not read. Be wary of anyone piling up unjustified replacements, demanding immediate cash payment or refusing to put their estimate in writing. The worker must be qualified for the work concerned.
The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
Depending on availability; state the real urgency and the exact address in your request.
Yes, as soon as there is a risk; that is the first useful step.

The nature of the problem, how long it has been going on, the floor, access, a photo if possible and a reachable number.
Bathroom renovation, a new shower room or simply replacing a fixture: sanitary installation includes fitting, connecting to the water supply and drainage, taps and sealing joints. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in Sao Tome and Principe are notified of your request.

A new position may require moving water supplies or drains; check the drainage fall, especially for a level-access shower.
A wall-hung toilet needs a support frame firmly fixed to a wall or floor able to carry it.
The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
That is to be agreed; say if you have already bought it and give references.
Not always; if the fixture changes size, repairs may be needed.
Yes, if drainage fall and waterproofing can be ensured; the plumber assesses.

Building or fully renovating a house or apartment requires a new plumbing network: hot and cold water to each outlet, drainage, stop valves and connection to the mains or tank. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in Sao Tome and Principe are notified of your request.
Depending on what you agree with the worker, the job can include network plan, choice of materials, pipe installation, connections, pressure tests before walls are closed and commissioning.
Pipes must be pressure-tested before being concealed or covered: a leak found after tiling costs far more.
Drains need sufficient fall and diameter to avoid blockages and bad odours.
The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
Several exist; the plumber advises based on use, pressure and budget.
If it leaks, rusts or reduces pressure, often yes; a diagnosis helps decide.
That is to be agreed with the worker.
