When driving is not possible or public transport is awkward, an accompanied journey settles it: leaving on time, waiting on site and coming home, with no parking space to find. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in Czech Republic are notified of your request.
Depending on the agreement, the mission can include pick-up at home, the journey, help getting in and out, accompaniment to reception, waiting on site and the return trip.
The vehicle is roadworthy and in order, everyone wears a seatbelt front and back, and the number of passengers never exceeds what the vehicle allows. A child travels in a seat suited to their age and size. The driver does not drive tired, does not use the phone while driving and never drives after drinking alcohol.
The worker helps the person in and out of the vehicle, carries their things and accompanies them to reception if agreed, but they are not a health professional: they do not lift someone who cannot stand and provide no care. If the person feels unwell during the journey, they stop and call the emergency services. Any personal information heard stays confidential.
The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
The pick-up point, destination and time are agreed in advance, and the driver confirms arrival.
