Systems & network administration — Mongolia

Servers, workstations, local network, backups and secure access: systems and network administration keeps a company's IT running day to day. On Helplease, you describe your equipment, your needs and your constraints, and the administrators offering this service in Mongolia are notified of your request, with the number of workstations, the servers involved and the deadline.

What the service includes

• Setup and configuration: servers, workstations, local network and internet connection.
• Security and access: firewall, user accounts, access rights and antivirus.
• Backups and continuity: backup strategy, restore and recovery plan.
• Monitoring and maintenance: equipment tracking, updates and interventions.

State whether you want a one-off setup or regular maintenance of the equipment.

Key points: how to choose

The current state

Describe the existing equipment (servers, workstations, software): a clear inventory eases diagnosis.

Security and backups

Check that backups and security are planned: these are the most sensitive points.

The intervention mode

On site or remote, one-off or a maintenance contract: say what suits you.

What affects the price

• the number of workstations and servers;
• the complexity of the network and access;
• the level of security and backup;
• the monitoring and interventions planned;
• the mode (one-off or contract) and the requested deadline.

The rate is agreed with the provider based on these elements.
