A proper inventory settles most disputes before they arise: every item listed, its condition noted, a photo to back it up and a number matching the label on the box. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in Switzerland are notified of your request.
Depending on the agreement, the service can include listing the goods, describing their condition, photos, labelling, producing the document and handing over a copy.
Draw up a list of what is stored, with the condition of each item, photograph the important pieces and keep a copy. Perishable food, flammable products, gas cylinders, aerosols and animals are not stored. Documents, jewellery, keys, medicines and valuables stay with you.
Your documents stay confidential: they are not copied, kept or passed to a third party without your agreement, and working files are deleted once the job is done. Never share your passwords or PINs; open the necessary accounts yourself instead. For identity documents, send a copy only when it is genuinely required.
The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
Depending on the site and the agreement; state it in advance.
