Cities available in East Timor
In a city centre at busy times, a bicycle is often faster than a car, and it has no parking space to look for. The format suits small volumes and short distances, with a handover in person. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in East Timor are notified of your request.
Depending on the agreement, the mission can include collecting the parcel, transport by bicycle, delivery to the address given and confirmation of handover.
A helmet is worn, the bike has front and rear lights, and the brakes are checked before setting off. The load stays compatible with the bike's balance: a bag that is too heavy or badly distributed makes braking unpredictable. Traffic rules apply, a tight deadline never justifies riding on a pavement or jumping a light, and in heavy rain the trip is postponed rather than pushed through.
The handover is made in person to the named recipient, with an identity check where the item justifies it, and a written or photographic confirmation. The contents are described in advance: dangerous, flammable, illegal goods and counterfeits are not carried. For a valuable item or an original document, arrange a handover against signature and keep a copy before sending.
The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
Depending on the weight and the access; state the floor, the lift and the width of passages in your request.
