A varnished or lacquered door must be sanded; a metal door gets anti-rust. The finish (satin, gloss) affects maintenance.

Front door

In a building, the colour of the entrance door may be governed by co-ownership rules.

What affects the price

• number of doors;
• type (solid, panelled);
• material;
• frame to paint;
• supply of paint.

The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
