Fill a hole

Hole filling — Grenada

Plug holes after moving out, handle dents, small cracks or a hole in a plasterboard partition: careful filling, sanded flush, leaves the wall ready to repaint. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in Grenada are notified of your request.

What the service covers

• plug and nail holes;
• dents and chips;
• small surface cracks;
• plasterboard holes (with patch);
• chases and filling after works.

Depending on what you agree with the worker, the job can include cleaning the hole, applying filler in one or several passes, reinforcing large holes, sanding and, if agreed, touching up paint.

Key points

Cracks to watch

A crack that widens, goes through the wall or reappears may have a structural cause: it needs a building professional's opinion.

Paint touch-up

A spot touch-up may stay visible; repainting the whole wall gives a more even result.

What affects the price

• number and size of holes;
• surface (plaster, plasterboard, concrete);
• sanding;
• paint touch-up;
• drying time between passes.

The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
