Cities available in United States
A stand is judged in three seconds from the aisle: what can be understood from a distance, how readable the message is and whether you can step in without feeling grabbed. The layout matters as much as the graphics. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in United States are notified of your request.
Depending on the agreement, the service can include the design, preparing the elements, transport, the build, the tests, presence during the show and dismantling.
Structures, gantries, screens and lighting are assembled per the instructions, weighted or anchored, and nothing heavy is fixed overhead without a rigging point designed for it. Loads are carried by two people and the build happens before the public arrives, never in the middle of a crowd. Aisles stay usable, and stored equipment blocks neither an exit nor emergency access.
The number of participants stays within the venue's capacity, and fire exits, corridors and extinguishers stay clear at all times. Cables crossing a walkway are protected, extension leads are not daisy-chained and equipment is plugged into a suitable circuit. Food allergies are given in advance, and the sound level stays reasonable for everyone.
The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
