A seminar is decided by invisible logistics: transition times, breaks, catering and a room suited to the format. When that side holds, the content can finally exist. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in Portugal are notified of your request.
Depending on the agreement, the service can include finding venues, building the programme, coordinating suppliers, the logistics, being present on site and a review afterwards.
The number of participants stays within the venue's capacity, and fire exits, corridors and extinguishers stay clear at all times. Cables crossing a walkway are protected, extension leads are not daisy-chained and equipment is plugged into a suitable circuit. Food allergies are given in advance, and the sound level stays reasonable for everyone.
Activities stay within the real capabilities of the participants, and nobody is forced to take part: an activity proposed to a team can put some people in difficulty, physically or personally. Health constraints given in advance allow an adaptation or an alternative. Games that expose, humiliate or put pressure on a colleague are ruled out.
The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
Depending on the size and the venue; the earlier you book, the wider the choice.
