Team building in South Korea

Team building — South Korea

A successful team building is not measured by the intensity of the activity but by what remains of it the following Monday. The choice of activities starts from the objective — getting to know each other, cooperating, taking a breather — and from the reality of the group. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in South Korea are notified of your request.

What the service covers

collaborative indoor workshops;
gentle sports activities or outings;
cooperation games and challenges;
facilitation and supervision on site;
review and feedback after the event.

Depending on the agreement, the service can include defining the objective, proposing a programme, booking the venue, facilitation, the equipment and a review after the event.

Key points

Voluntary and suitable participation

Activities stay within the real capabilities of the participants, and nobody is forced to take part: an activity proposed to a team can put some people in difficulty, physically or personally. Health constraints given in advance allow an adaptation or an alternative. Games that expose, humiliate or put pressure on a colleague are ruled out.

Capacity, exits and set-up

The number of participants stays within the venue's capacity, and fire exits, corridors and extinguishers stay clear at all times. Cables crossing a walkway are protected, extension leads are not daisy-chained and equipment is plugged into a suitable circuit. Food allergies are given in advance, and the sound level stays reasonable for everyone.

What affects the price

number of participants;
length of the event;
venue and logistics;
equipment and services included;
preparation beforehand.

The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
