A good afterwork rests on a short format and facilitation that starts conversations without replacing them. Two well-built hours often leave more memories than a whole evening with no thread. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in Haiti are notified of your request.
Depending on the agreement, the service can include proposing a format, preparing the venue, the hosting, the sound equipment, light catering and clearing up afterwards.
The number of participants stays within the venue's capacity, and fire exits, corridors and extinguishers stay clear at all times. Cables crossing a walkway are protected, extension leads are not daisy-chained and equipment is plugged into a suitable circuit. Food allergies are given in advance, and the sound level stays reasonable for everyone.
Activities stay within the real capabilities of the participants, and nobody is forced to take part: an activity proposed to a team can put some people in difficulty, physically or personally. Health constraints given in advance allow an adaptation or an alternative. Games that expose, humiliate or put pressure on a colleague are ruled out.
