Building or fully renovating a house or apartment requires a new plumbing network: hot and cold water to each outlet, drainage, stop valves and connection to the mains or tank. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in Portugal are notified of your request.
Depending on what you agree with the worker, the job can include network plan, choice of materials, pipe installation, connections, pressure tests before walls are closed and commissioning.
Pipes must be pressure-tested before being concealed or covered: a leak found after tiling costs far more.
Drains need sufficient fall and diameter to avoid blockages and bad odours.
The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
Several exist; the plumber advises based on use, pressure and budget.
If it leaks, rusts or reduces pressure, often yes; a diagnosis helps decide.
That is to be agreed with the worker.
Plan or area, planned outlets, water source, type of project and schedule.
