A sagging gate that drags or won't close, a metal shutter that is stuck, noisy or comes down crooked: these faults make access difficult and weaken security. Many are fixed by adjustment or replacing parts. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in Spain are notified of your request.
Depending on the diagnosis and what you agree with the worker, the job can include adjustment, welding broken parts, replacing hinges, wheels, slats or locks, lubrication and anti-rust touch-up.
A roller shutter works with springs under tension: do not try to dismantle it yourself. Describe the fault to the worker.
If the equipment is motorised, the fault may be in the motor or control; the electrical part is for an electrician or automation specialist.
The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
Avoid forcing it; say whether it is manual or motorised and where it is stuck.
Often yes: adjustment or new hinges, sometimes welded reinforcement.
