Hiring a mason by the job means entrusting a defined piece of work — a wall, a slab, rendering, a series of repairs — for a price agreed for that work, rather than paying by the day. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in Sierra Leone are notified of your request.
The exact content of the job is defined with the worker: the work to be done, dimensions, expected quality, materials, tools, waste removal and cleaning.
The more precisely the job is described (plans, dimensions, finishes), the fewer misunderstandings about what the agreed price covers.
Say who buys the materials and who provides equipment (mixer, scaffolding), as this significantly changes the agreement.
The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
By the job, the price covers a defined piece of work; by the day, it covers time spent. The catalogue also offers day-labour services.
That is to be agreed; state it clearly in your request.
Yes, list them with the dimensions of each.
