A food processor that no longer spins, an iron that won't heat, a vacuum that won't suck: these everyday appliances can often be fixed by replacing a cable, switch, heating element or motor. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in Austria are notified of your request.
Depending on the diagnosis and what you agree with the worker, the job can include testing, dismantling, replacing the faulty part, cleaning and a safety check before return.
An appliance that overheats, smells of burning or trips the breaker must be unplugged and not used until repaired.

The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
