Video removes the journey and opens access to tutors who are not in your town. With screen sharing, the explanation is seen live, and the session can pick up where it left off. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in Slovenia are notified of your request.
Depending on the agreement, the session can include a connection test before the first lesson, the agreed programme, screen sharing, exercises and materials sent afterwards.
For a learner under 18, the lesson takes place in a shared room or with the door open, at an agreed time, with parents informed about the content, and on a parent's account for younger children. The lesson is also the moment to set up parental controls, explain what is never shared online — passwords, address, photos — and show how to report content or a contact that makes them uncomfortable.
Back up your important files before any work: a repair may require a reinstallation. Do not share your passwords: open the sessions needed yourself and change them afterwards if you typed them in front of someone. Your personal files stay confidential, are neither copied nor kept, and no unlicensed software is installed on your equipment.
The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
