Knowing how to build a pivot table or a clean layout saves hours every month. The training starts from your own documents, not from theoretical examples forgotten the next day. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in Philippines are notified of your request.
Depending on the agreement, the training can include a review of your level and needs, a suitable progression, exercises on your own documents, summary sheets and progress reviews.
For a learner under 18, the lesson takes place in a shared room or with the door open, at an agreed time, with parents informed about the content, and on a parent's account for younger children. The lesson is also the moment to set up parental controls, explain what is never shared online — passwords, address, photos — and show how to report content or a contact that makes them uncomfortable.
Back up your important files before any work: a repair may require a reinstallation. Do not share your passwords: open the sessions needed yourself and change them afterwards if you typed them in front of someone. Your personal files stay confidential, are neither copied nor kept, and no unlicensed software is installed on your equipment.
The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
