A cluttered wardrobe wastes time every morning and hides half of what you own. Sorting, storing by use and by season, and a simple system are enough to make the wardrobe readable at a glance. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in United States are notified of your request.
Depending on the agreement, the service can include emptying, sorting with you, cleaning the shelves, organised storage, labelling and advice to make it last.
Sorting belongs to the client: nothing is thrown away, given away or sold without approval, and sensitive items — papers, photos, jewellery, post, keepsakes — are set aside for you to decide yourself. What the worker sees among your belongings stays confidential. What is disposed of goes to the right channel: donation, recycling or a waste centre, never fly-tipping.
A cellar or loft closed for years holds dust, mould and sometimes pest nests: mask, gloves, closed shoes and airing before starting. Heavy loads are carried by two people, with a clear route and enough light. Unknown chemicals, gas cylinders, swollen batteries, materials suspected of containing asbestos or dangerous objects are not handled: they are flagged and passed to an authorised channel.
The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
You do: nothing leaves without your agreement, and sensitive items are set aside.
Depending on the agreement; state the volume to remove in your request.
At least for the sorting and the final approval; the rest can be done without you if you prefer.
