Key points

Carbon monoxide

A poorly installed gas appliance or one in an unventilated room can release carbon monoxide, an invisible and dangerous gas. Location, ventilation and flue must follow applicable safety rules.

Never in a closed room

Avoid bathrooms and rooms without ventilation; have installation done by a professional competent in gas work.

What affects the price

• appliance type and capacity;
• replacement or first installation;
• flue;
• gas and water connections;
• supply of equipment.

The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
