A villa or residence guard watches over the property whether the owners are present or away: gate control, receiving visitors and deliveries, surveillance, and often small maintenance tasks agreed in advance. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in Namibia are notified of your request.
The role is defined with the worker: day or night hours, possible on-site housing, additional tasks, access instructions, days off and people to contact.
Surveillance only or surveillance with light maintenance: write the list of tasks to avoid misunderstandings.

The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
