Entertaining without spending the day in the kitchen: the caterer proposes a menu suited to the number of guests, prepares the dishes and handles plating, at your home or in the venue you have booked. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in Slovenia are notified of your request.
Depending on the agreement, the service can include setting the menu, the shopping, preparation, transport, plating, service if agreed and cleaning the kitchen area used.
The cold chain is respected from transport to service: cold dishes stay chilled, hot dishes stay hot, and nothing is left at room temperature for hours. Equipment and hands are clean, raw and cooked foods kept separate, and leftovers that have stood in the open are not served again.
Give the allergies and intolerances of your guests in advance, along with any particular diets: that is the only way to adapt the dishes and avoid cross-contamination. The dishes concerned are identified and served separately, and the composition of dishes can be given to guests who ask.
The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
