A wedding involves dozens of details and a dozen or more suppliers. The planner builds the schedule, coordinates the suppliers and runs the day so the family has nothing to manage. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in Portugal are notified of your request.
Depending on the agreement, the service can include preparing the project, coordinating suppliers, setting up, running the day, handling the unexpected and closing the evening.
The number of guests stays within the venue's capacity, and fire exits, corridors and access to extinguishers remain clear at all times, with no decoration or furniture in front of them. Plan lighting for the exits and inform the venue manager of the running order and expected numbers.
Candles, tea lights and anything with an open flame stay away from fabrics, paper decorations and balloons, and are never left unattended. Hanging elements are fixed to solid points, not to a suspended ceiling or a curtain rail. Helium cylinders are secured upright, and the gas is never inhaled, even as a joke: it is dangerous.
The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
