Cities available in Saint Lucia
A good birthday comes down to little things: a simple running order, something to keep guests busy and preparation that lets you enjoy the party. The planner coordinates the pieces and handles the hiccups for you. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in Saint Lucia are notified of your request.
Depending on the agreement, the service can include preparing the running order, placing orders, setting up, coordinating on the day, handling the unexpected and tidying up after the event.
The number of guests stays within the venue's capacity, and fire exits, corridors and access to extinguishers remain clear at all times, with no decoration or furniture in front of them. Plan lighting for the exits and inform the venue manager of the running order and expected numbers.
Candles, tea lights and anything with an open flame stay away from fabrics, paper decorations and balloons, and are never left unattended. Hanging elements are fixed to solid points, not to a suspended ceiling or a curtain rail. Helium cylinders are secured upright, and the gas is never inhaled, even as a joke: it is dangerous.
The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
