A service team changes the rhythm of a reception: dishes arrive on time, glasses stay filled and nobody leaves the table to go to the kitchen. The number of staff is matched to the number of guests. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in South Korea are notified of your request.
Depending on the agreement, the service can include setting up before guests arrive, service during the meal, restocking the buffet, clearing and tidying at the end of the evening.
Trays are carried balanced and at a safe height, never over guests' heads. Broken glass is swept up immediately with a brush and gloves, never bare-handed, and the area is marked off while it is cleaned. Serving alcohol follows the venue's rules and the organisers' decisions, particularly regarding minors.
The cold chain is respected from transport to service: cold dishes stay chilled, hot dishes stay hot, and nothing is left at room temperature for hours. Equipment and hands are clean, raw and cooked foods kept separate, and leftovers that have stood in the open are not served again.
The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
