A christening or aqiqa, a corporate seminar, an opening, a trade show, valet parking, guest reception, announcements and invitations: some needs are not among the listed services. This service lets you describe your event freely. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in Indonesia are notified of your request.
Before choosing this service, check whether a more specific one exists: birthday or wedding planning, catering, table service, decoration, entertainment, DJ, venue and equipment. Otherwise, describe your need.
The number of guests stays within the venue's capacity, and fire exits, corridors and access to extinguishers remain clear at all times, with no decoration or furniture in front of them. Plan lighting for the exits and inform the venue manager of the running order and expected numbers.
Candles, tea lights and anything with an open flame stay away from fabrics, paper decorations and balloons, and are never left unattended. Hanging elements are fixed to solid points, not to a suspended ceiling or a curtain rail. Helium cylinders are secured upright, and the gas is never inhaled, even as a joke: it is dangerous.
The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
