Other event service — Ethiopia

A christening or aqiqa, a corporate seminar, an opening, a trade show, valet parking, guest reception, announcements and invitations: some needs are not among the listed services. This service lets you describe your event freely. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in Ethiopia are notified of your request.

What the service covers

  • christening, aqiqa and family celebrations;
  • seminar, opening and trade show;
  • guest reception and valet parking;
  • invitations and stationery;
  • other event-related needs.

Before choosing this service, check whether a more specific one exists: birthday or wedding planning, catering, table service, decoration, entertainment, DJ, venue and equipment. Otherwise, describe your need.

Key points

Capacity and fire exits

The number of guests stays within the venue's capacity, and fire exits, corridors and access to extinguishers remain clear at all times, with no decoration or furniture in front of them. Plan lighting for the exits and inform the venue manager of the running order and expected numbers.

Flames, fixings and helium

Candles, tea lights and anything with an open flame stay away from fabrics, paper decorations and balloons, and are never left unattended. Hanging elements are fixed to solid points, not to a suspended ceiling or a curtain rail. Helium cylinders are secured upright, and the gas is never inhaled, even as a joke: it is dangerous.

What affects the price

  • number of guests;
  • length of the event;
  • venue and access;
  • equipment and supplies;
  • number of staff.

The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
