Finding a suitable venue and gathering the equipment is often the most tedious part. Tables, chairs, tableware, marquees, heating or fans can be hired together, with set-up before the event and collection afterwards. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in Czech Republic are notified of your request.
Depending on the agreement, the service can include finding the venue, the equipment list, delivery, set-up, collection after the event and coordination with the venue manager.
The number of guests stays within the venue's capacity, and fire exits, corridors and access to extinguishers remain clear at all times, with no decoration or furniture in front of them. Plan lighting for the exits and inform the venue manager of the running order and expected numbers.
Cables crossing a walkway are taped down or covered with a cable protector, never left loose across the floor. Extension leads are not daisy-chained, equipment is plugged into a circuit suited to its load, and anything set up outdoors is protected from rain and damp.
The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
