Social media management in South Africa

Social media management — South Africa

Posting without regularity builds nothing. A calendar that is kept to, quick replies to messages and a consistent tone are worth more than one spectacular campaign followed by three months of silence. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in South Africa are notified of your request.

What the service covers

editorial calendar and posts;
creating visuals and copy;
replies to comments and messages;
moderation and review handling;
activity report and adjustments.

Depending on the agreement, the service can include setting the editorial line, the calendar, content creation, publishing, replying to messages and a periodic report.

Key points

Accounts, moderation and advertising

The accounts and their access stay the client's property: the worker uses delegated access, removed at the end of the job. What is published commits the company, so nothing goes out without approval when the subject is sensitive. Sponsored content and partnerships are labelled as such, reviews are not bought, and private messages stay confidential.

Site data and access

The access details — hosting, domain name, admin, social accounts — belong to the client and are handed over: a site whose access you do not hold is not really yours. Passwords are sent through a safe channel and changed after delivery. A form that collects personal data requires clear information for visitors and storage limited to what is necessary.

What affects the price

scope of the project;
number of pages or items of content;
features requested;
content and visuals supplied;
support after delivery.

The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
