A logo is judged on how readable it is when small, in black and white and on a busy background. What makes an identity hold up is the variations and the usage rules, far more than the first day's idea. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in Slovenia are notified of your request.
Depending on the agreement, the service can include scoping the need, the research, the proposals, the adjustments, delivery of the source files and usage guidelines.
A logo must be original: it does not reuse an existing brand, a logo found online or an already registered shape library, because a resemblance one day forces a complete redo. Before using it widely, check its availability with the competent services. The usage rights and the source files are transferred to the client, and the fonts used must be covered by a licence suited to commercial use.
Texts, photos, fonts, music and templates used must be royalty-free or covered by a licence suited to the use: an image taken from a search engine exposes the site to a claim, often years later. Third-party logos and trademarks are not reused without permission, and content supplied by the client remains their responsibility.
The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
