A spreadsheet used well replaces hours of manual work every month. The training starts from your real files: it is by redoing your own calculations that the functions really stick. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in Canada are notified of your request.
Depending on the agreement, the training can include a review of your level, a suitable programme, exercises on your own files, summary sheets and question time after the session.
The access details — hosting, domain name, admin, social accounts — belong to the client and are handed over: a site whose access you do not hold is not really yours. Passwords are sent through a safe channel and changed after delivery. A form that collects personal data requires clear information for visitors and storage limited to what is necessary.
Texts, photos, fonts, music and templates used must be royalty-free or covered by a licence suited to the use: an image taken from a search engine exposes the site to a claim, often years later. Third-party logos and trademarks are not reused without permission, and content supplied by the client remains their responsibility.
The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
You do: hosting, domain name and accounts are handed over on delivery.
Depending on the agreement: you can supply it or ask for it to be written and prepared.
