Going out is not always possible: the worker drops the prescription at the pharmacy, collects the prepared order and hands it to you in person, respecting storage conditions. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in Saint Lucia are notified of your request.
Depending on the agreement, the mission can include dropping off the prescription, waiting for it to be prepared, collection, transport in suitable conditions and handover in person with the receipt.
The worker transports; they dispense nothing and give no advice: dispensing and explanations are the pharmacist's role. The original prescription travels with the order, and products needing refrigeration travel in an insulated bag and are put away immediately on arrival. Handover is to the person concerned or a relative they have named, never left outside a door.
The contents are described in advance and the parcel sealed before collection. Dangerous or flammable goods, gas cylinders, aerosols, illegal items and counterfeits are not carried. Fragile or valuable items are flagged, and for important documents, arrange a handover against signature.
The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
Agree how you will be contacted and ask for confirmation at handover; a photo of the delivered parcel can be arranged.
Name a trusted person in advance; a parcel is never left without a handover in person unless agreed in writing.
