Dropping a file at a public office, collecting an order from a supplier, a round with several stops, transporting a bulky item or making a specific purchase for you: some needs are not among the listed services. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in Haiti are notified of your request.
Before choosing this service, check whether a more specific one exists: express delivery, grocery shopping, heavy parcel, depot drop-off, meals or medicines. Otherwise, describe the job, the addresses and the deadline.
The contents are described in advance and the parcel sealed before collection. Dangerous or flammable goods, gas cylinders, aerosols, illegal items and counterfeits are not carried. Fragile or valuable items are flagged, and for important documents, arrange a handover against signature.
A tight deadline never justifies dangerous driving: the worker respects speed limits, does not use the phone while driving and stops to check an address. The load is secured and does not obstruct visibility or handling. On a two-wheeler, a helmet is required and the load must remain compatible with the vehicle's balance.
The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
Agree how you will be contacted and ask for confirmation at handover; a photo of the delivered parcel can be arranged.
Name a trusted person in advance; a parcel is never left without a handover in person unless agreed in writing.
Yes, if properly packed and flagged in the request.
Both addresses, the floor, the contents, weight, dimensions, the deadline and a reachable number.
