Feeding thirty or a hundred people is not improvised: it takes the right volume, the right equipment to hold temperature and a team that plates at the right moment. That is the caterer's whole job. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in Slovenia are notified of your request.
Depending on the agreement, the service can include setting the menu, the purchases, preparation, transport, holding temperature, set-up, service and cleaning the area used.
Clean hands, a clean worktop, separate boards for raw and cooked food: cross-contamination is the most common cause of food poisoning at home. The cold chain is respected from transport to service, meat and poultry are cooked through, and preparations with raw egg or cream stay chilled. Leftovers are cooled quickly, kept refrigerated and reheated only once.
Give the allergies and intolerances of your guests in advance, along with any particular diets: that is the only way to adapt the dishes and avoid cross-contamination. The dishes concerned are identified and served separately, and the composition can be given to anyone who asks.
The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
Depending on the agreement: the worker can do the shopping or work with your ingredients.
