Learning a recipe by making it yourself fixes it for good. The lesson starts from your level, works on the steps that trip you up and ends with the meal you prepared together. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in Saint Lucia are notified of your request.
Depending on the agreement, the lesson can include choosing the recipes, the shopping list, guided preparation, technical explanations, tasting and tidying the kitchen.

Children take part with suitable utensils, under constant supervision and away from the hob.
