Learning a recipe by making it yourself fixes it for good. The lesson starts from your level, works on the steps that trip you up and ends with the meal you prepared together. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in Switzerland are notified of your request.
Depending on the agreement, the lesson can include choosing the recipes, the shopping list, guided preparation, technical explanations, tasting and tidying the kitchen.
Sharp knives are used on a stable board, with dry handles, and never caught in mid-air: a falling knife is left to fall. Pan handles are turned inwards, hot oil is never left unwatched, and an oil fire is smothered with a lid, never with water. Children take part with suitable utensils, under constant supervision and away from the hob.

The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
