Key points

Choice of wood

Species, thickness and drying affect the door's stability, especially outdoors where it faces sun and moisture.

Security

For a front door, state your expectations: multipoint lock, reinforcement, peephole. Hardware is chosen with the door.

What affects the price

• dimensions and number of doors;
• wood species and thickness;
• design (plain, glazed, carved);
• finish and hardware;
• removal of the old door and fitting.

The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
