Cities available in Saint Lucia
A buyer struggles to imagine themselves in a cluttered or very personal home. Staging lightens, neutralises and rearranges, so that anyone can picture their own life in the rooms from the first viewing. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in Saint Lucia are notified of your request.
Depending on the agreement, the service can include a visit or analysis of photos, a prioritised action plan, decluttering, rearranging, the agreed touch-ups and preparation before the photos.
Staging highlights the space and the light; it does not hide a defect. A crack, a damp mark, a leak or any known problem must be disclosed to the buyer or tenant, not covered by a piece of furniture or a picture. Before photos and viewings, put away documents, post, family photos and valuables.
Items added for the staging are fixed without damaging the surfaces and removed cleanly after the sale or letting. Before drilling, locate conduits and pipes, and prefer non-marking fixings where possible. In a rental or a building with shared rules, check what the lease or the rules allow before any lasting change.
The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
