A mistake on paint or a sofa is expensive and stays for years. An advice session lets you decide before buying: what works with the light, the volumes and what you already own. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in France are notified of your request.
Depending on the agreement, the service can include a visit or analysis of photos, a discussion of how you use the space, a mood proposal, a shopping list and a follow-up question time.
Decoration does not touch the structure: drilling a load-bearing wall, altering a partition or working on electrics, gas or plumbing is for qualified professionals. Before drilling, locate the conduits and pipes, and choose fixings suited to the surface and the weight. In a rental or a building with shared rules, check what the lease or the rules allow before making lasting changes.
Paints, varnishes, glues and solvents are used with a window open, no flame nearby, with gloves and a mask suited to the product. Never mix two products. Rags soaked in oil or varnish can heat up and ignite on their own: dry them flat outdoors or soak them in water before throwing them away, never bundled up in a bin.
The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
Depending on the agreement: they can supply them or work with yours; state it in your request.
