Civil status papers, vehicle procedures, school enrolment, disputing a bill, regularising an administrative situation or a file with a local authority: some procedures are not among the listed services. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in Indonesia are notified of your request.
Before choosing this service, check whether a more specific one exists: inheritance, social security, pension, disability card, sole trader, health coverage, job search or letter writing. Otherwise, describe the procedure and the deadline.
Nobody can guarantee the outcome of a case or promise to push it through faster thanks to a contact: that is the sign of a scam. Official fees are paid at the counter or through the means the body provides, never in cash to a middleman. Do not sign any blank document or anything you have not read, and keep a copy of everything you submit.
The worker helps gather, understand and fill in: they are not a lawyer, a notary or a public official, and give no legal advice. They do not represent you, sign nothing on your behalf and do not access your accounts. Official acts are for authorised professionals, and information is always confirmed with the body concerned.
The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
They can prepare and accompany; anything requiring your signature or your presence stays with you.
Yes: copies only, nothing is kept or passed on without your agreement.
No: timescales depend on the body, and nobody can promise to speed a case up.
