Other special delivery in Sevan

Other specialist delivery — Sevan

An oversized item, an artwork or mirror, a musical instrument, plants, an aquarium, fragile technical equipment or a transport with a fixed time: some needs are not among the listed services and call for particular preparation. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in Sevan are notified of your request.

What the service covers

• oversized and bulky items;
• artworks, mirrors and fragile pieces;
• musical instruments;
• plants and sensitive equipment;
• transport with a fixed time.

Before choosing this service, check whether a more specific one exists: express delivery, heavy parcel, pallet, appliances, hand delivery or bicycle. Otherwise, describe the item, its dimensions, its weight, its fragility and both addresses.

Key points

Road safety

A tight deadline never justifies dangerous driving: the worker respects speed limits, does not use the phone while driving and stops to check an address. The load is secured, stays within the vehicle's capacity and obstructs neither visibility nor the exits. In case of tiredness or bad weather, postponing beats pushing on.

Handover and valuables

The handover is made in person to the named recipient, with an identity check where the item justifies it, and a written or photographic confirmation. The contents are described in advance: dangerous, flammable, illegal goods and counterfeits are not carried. For a valuable item or an original document, arrange a handover against signature and keep a copy before sending.

What affects the price

• distance;
• weight and volume;
• requested deadline;
• handling equipment needed;
• timing: day, night, weekend.

The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
