Team building in Atliaca

Team building — Atliaca

A successful team building is not measured by the intensity of the activity but by what remains of it the following Monday. The choice of activities starts from the objective — getting to know each other, cooperating, taking a breather — and from the reality of the group. On Helplease, you describe your needs and the workers offering this service in Atliaca are notified of your request.

What the service covers

• collaborative indoor workshops;
• gentle sports activities or outings;
• cooperation games and challenges;
• facilitation and supervision on site;
• review and feedback after the event.

Depending on the agreement, the service can include defining the objective, proposing a programme, booking the venue, facilitation, the equipment and a review after the event.

Key points

Voluntary and suitable participation

Activities stay within the real capabilities of the participants, and nobody is forced to take part: an activity proposed to a team can put some people in difficulty, physically or personally. Health constraints given in advance allow an adaptation or an alternative. Games that expose, humiliate or put pressure on a colleague are ruled out.

Capacity, exits and set-up

The number of participants stays within the venue's capacity, and fire exits, corridors and extinguishers stay clear at all times. Cables crossing a walkway are protected, extension leads are not daisy-chained and equipment is plugged into a suitable circuit. Food allergies are given in advance, and the sound level stays reasonable for everyone.

What affects the price

• number of participants;
• length of the event;
• venue and logistics;
• equipment and services included;
• preparation beforehand.

The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
