What the service includes

• Audit and assessment: analysis of the vulnerabilities in your systems, networks and applications.
• Penetration testing: simulated attacks to measure how your defences really hold up.
• Hardening: firewalls, encryption, access management, backups and updates.
• Incident response: intervention after a breach, ransomware or a data leak.

Key points to choose well

Define the scope

State what must be protected: website, email, servers, workstations or a mobile app. The clearer the scope, the more precise the quote.

Check the skills

Ask for references, certifications and the methods used. A good provider explains recommendations without needless jargon.

Plan the follow-up

Security is not a one-off: plan for monitoring, fixes and user awareness.

What affects the price

• the extent of the scope to audit or secure;
• the type of test (internal, external, application);
• the level of urgency, especially during an incident;
• the size of the infrastructure and the number of users;
• ongoing monitoring and maintenance.

The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
