Describe the current setup

State your current environment: servers, technologies, traffic volume and constraints. This shapes the proposed solution.

Clarify the goal

Cost reduction, scaling, reliability or deployment speed: the goal drives the architecture.

Plan for maintenance

Cloud infrastructure is run over time. Decide who handles operations and follow-up.

What affects the price

• the complexity of the architecture and the number of services;
• the volume of data to migrate;
• the level of automation wanted;
• availability and security requirements;
• ongoing support and monitoring.

The rate is agreed with the worker based on these elements.
