Architecture & Plans in Jacmel

Architecture & plans — Jacmel

Building, extending or renovating starts with good design and precise plans. A sketch, detailed drawings, a permit file or works supervision: the architect turns your project into concrete, compliant solutions. On Helplease, you describe your project (type of property, floor area, budget, constraints) and the architects in Jacmel are notified of your request.

What the service includes

• Design and sketch: first proposals based on your needs and the site.
• Detailed drawings: site, floor, elevation and execution plans.
• Permit file: preparing the file and the authorisation steps.
• Project supervision: coordinating the parties and following the works.

The style and completed projects reveal the architect's sensibility.

Clarify the mission

Design only or a full mission up to site supervision: specify what you expect.

What affects the price

• the floor area and complexity of the project;
• the scope of the mission (drawings only or full follow-up);
• the level of detail of the plans;
• the site constraints and planning rules;
